Downstairs is where you will find 2 additional bedrooms, one with its own lounge area, and the study all opening on to a large deck with magnificent views. Also located downstairs is the family bath room with a spa-bath and shower; the toilet is in a separate room.
The privacy of our guests is respected; however your host is available by email or phone to answer questions and is a local so can be onsite, generally, within 5 -10 minutes.

Karen was a pleasure to deal with. The photos of the property do not do it justice - roomier than the pictures indicate. The views from the property are to die for. Sandy Bay had everything we needed for a family get away - great restaurants, beautiful walks and a quaint local market. Can't wait to visit again!
Highly recommend staying here! It's an absolutely beautiful home with all the amenities you require. The view is a stunning 200 degree panoramic vista that includes Mt Wellington. The house was actually much bigger than what we expected, with both an upstairs and downstairs balcony and it's in a great location, close to the city and in a quiet neighbourhood.
Magical view from this relaxed and very spacious home. It was an ideal home for exploring Tasmania in day trips. I was there with my mother who has limited mobility, and it was perfect with easy access from the car port.
