567 Luxury with city and river views was perfect for our family weekend away to celebrate a 60th birthday. The views really are to die for. Balconies all around, floor to ceiling windows, lovely artwork, easy to find with Karen's directions, quiet and peaceful in beautiful Sandy Bay. Just sitting, relaxing, reading and chatting was a holiday all by Itself with that view. A short drive to the city or a good walk if you wish. We would definitely recommend to our friends! Contact with our host was easy and efficient for air bnb first timers too. We had a small malfunction with the shower but it was fixed in no time. Thanks again, we loved our stay.

Karen was a pleasure to deal with. The photos of the property do not do it justice - roomier than the pictures indicate. The views from the property are to die for. Sandy Bay had everything we needed for a family get away - great restaurants, beautiful walks and a quaint local market. Can't wait to visit again!

Thank you Karen. We had a wonderful stay! The home is stunning with an even more beautiful view. The beds are so comfortable plus we had local friends over for dinner and the bbq worked a treat. The house is beautifully presented and close to all amenities. I highly recommend this property.

The views from 567 Sandy Bay Rd was spectacular. The house is spacious, clean and bright, so we had good rests after travelling around for the whole day. Location was great, in a quiet neighbourhood located uphill and away from the main road. Sandy Bay shopping precinct was a 3 mins drive away and just 5 more mins to Hobart CBD so it was very convenient. Host gave very detailed driving and check in/out directions. Again, the view was so great. Would like to stay here again when we visit Hobart.

Highly recommend staying here! It's an absolutely beautiful home with all the amenities you require. The view is a stunning 200 degree panoramic vista that includes Mt Wellington. The house was actually much bigger than what we expected, with both an upstairs and downstairs balcony and it's in a great location, close to the city and in a quiet neighbourhood.

Magical view from this relaxed and very spacious home. It was an ideal home for exploring Tasmania in day trips. I was there with my mother who has limited mobility, and it was perfect with easy access from the car port.
